About This Session
Karyn will gently guide you to still your mind, release accumulated stress, and allow yourself to be held in the deep, transformative frequency of Pure Unconditional Love. This session is similar to a guided meditation, but anchored in heart energy rather than the mind. You will be listening with your heart — letting Love do what it does best: heal, restore, and uplift. When you believe you can heal, that belief becomes a powerful force within your heart and mind.
